Insure that the valve (A) is closed.
Slowly open valves (B) and (C) both pressure gauges should indicate relief header
pressure .Disconnect hose at quick connect on inlet manifold.
Place cylinder into cylinder support bracket and slip into the quick connect on the inlet
manifold. Connect hose to the upper quick on the cylinder.
Close valve (B) and (C). Open valve (E) and (F).
Slowly open valve (A). Pressure gauge on inlet manifold should rise quickly to operating
pressure .Pressure gauge on outlet manifold should follow quickly. If not, line is
obstructed and should be safely repaired.
Slowly open valve (C) until pressure gauge on outlet manifold indicates a slightly lower
pressure than the inlet manifold pressure gauge. Let sample flow through cylinder for a
sufficient amount of time to representative sample.
Close valve (C) and valve (A). Close vale (E) and (F) .
Slowly open valves (B) and (D) both pressure gauges should indicate relief header
pressure .Disconnect hose at upper quick connect on cylinder. Remove cylinder by
disconnecting quick connect on the inlet manifold. Connect hose to quick connect on inlet
manifold so that all circuit will be completely sealed.
Sample shall be taken to laboratory and emptied as soon as possible .Extreme care must
be exercised in transportation and storage of full cylinders .
